Jeffrey Beall

Jeffrey Beall is the founding partner of Beall & Rehill. Jeff is a Northern Virginia native. He grew up in the neighborhoods of Alexandria and Springfield and graduated from George Mason University. He joined the DC Air National Guard, and went on to fly F-4 Phantom fighter jets for many years. In 1985, he made the switch to commercial airlines ultimately becoming a Captain for American Airlines on the Boeing 737 and Airbus 320. In 2001, he took stock and decided to go into real estate, a career that combined his love of working with people with his incredible knowledge of Northern, VA. Jeffrey soon became a top-producing licensed real estate agent, and is a certified Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Like a seasoned pilot, Jeff is cool under pressure and he has closed real estate deals on every type of property in just about every jurisdiction in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Downtime will find Jeffrey spending time with his 3 kids, cheering on the Commanders, barbecuing, cycle racing with the other members of the National Capital Velo Club, and enjoying his wife’s gourmet cooking.
