Alexandra Beall

Alexandra Beall is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), a Senior Staging Specialist and is our team lead on listing preparation, downsizing, staging and marketing clients’ homes. She believes it's important to bring out the best in a home before it goes on the market. Alex was raised near Syracuse, NY, earned her degree from Denison University and then traveled to Paraguay to serve in the U.S. Peace Corps as a Beekeeping and Agriculture volunteer for two years. Alex speaks both Spanish and Guarani. Once her service ended, she moved to DC to become a Peace Corps recruiter, becoming the Corps’ most productive recruiter in the process. Alexandra met Jeff while on a charity bike ride down the C & O Canal and decided to change more than just bike gears by enrolling in Culinary School at DC Metro Area’s own L’Academie de Cuisine and earned high honors in baking and Pastry Arts. Alexandra won Jeff’s heart with her cooking and they ended up marrying, having children, and settling in Arlington. As Jeff’s business grew, she joined him in the real estate biz and found that her people skills and HGTV flair for decorating were much appreciated by our clients. As an active parent in the Arlington school system and her neighborhood garden club and civic association, she is an excellent source of information about the schools and area. Aside from hosting an open house, a perfect Sunday might find Alex attending a yoga class, hiking with her family, baking up a storm, then kicking back at a barbecue with neighbors and friends.
