Jim Vincent is a former Director of Marketing for an international consulting engineering company with offices in New York City and Washington, DC. He has a thirty year background in electrical engineering, hospital construction and program management. He has leveraged his detail-oriented, contracting background to develop an exceptional reputation as someone who can identify the central issue of a challenge and determine a path of resolution. He is also a skilled negotiator and marketer with a keen ability to find and focus on specific target markets for his clients and his real estate business.
Jim maintains a loyal network of business associates and clients through a simple, but effective business philosophy that has served him well throughout his life – “keep it… uncomplicated.” He understands that life can often get complicated, or even confusing, but real estate need not be. On a daily basis, the most important part of what Jim does is to provide information to clients and friends so they can make the best decision for themselves and their family.
Jim strongly believes in giving back to the community from which he earns his living and is currently an active volunteer for community associations and a volunteer Little League Umpire (1999-Current) and have been selected to umpire in the Little League Junior Baseball Division (13-14 years olds) World Series in August, 2019, in Taylor, Michigan.
Jim has also served on the boards of several philanthropic organizations such as, Friends of Kirov Academy of Ballet, Washington, DC (President 2012-2015); Dominion Stage Community Theatre (Board Member, 2009-2012); and, the Loudoun County Junior Golf Association (Founding President, 2003).
