Jeff Beall grew up in the  Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria as well as Springfield, Va and graduated from Robert E Lee High School in 1976. Later, he majored in business at George Mason University,  joined the Air National Guard, and went on to fly F-4 Phantom fighter jets for 7 years. In 1985, he made the switch to commercial airlines ultimately becoming a Captain for US Airways on the Boeing 737 and Airbus 320. In 2001, he took stock and decided to go into real estate, a career that combined his love of working with people with his incredible knowledge of Northern, VA. Jeff soon became a top-producing licensed real estate agent, and is a certified Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).  Jeff is cool under pressure and something of an ace, having closed real estate deals on every type of property in nearly every jurisdiction in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.

My husband and I were blown away by the level of service offered by Jeff, Alex, and Kathy (the Beall Rehill team). We found a new house in an adjacent town and were under pressure to sell our house in a timely fashion. They moved quickly, meeting with us within 24 hours, immediately staging the house, taking terrific photos, setting a good sales price, and holding open houses EVERY weekend until the house sold. Sale price was a major issue for us because we had bought the home just 10 months earlier and were worried about whether to list it at the same price or higher, and how to market our improvements. Their analysis of our sales price was highly detailed and thoughtful, and we decided to list our house for $50,000 more than we bought it for. Alex spent hours staging our house for no additional charge, and it looked beautiful. (In the past, we have staged our house ourselves or have paid a staging company. This time, it was included in their services.) And it was not just a little tweaking. Alex went room by room and moved furniture, hung pictures, added plants, and she also brought in extra furniture where needed. The value added here was huge! Kathy took the lead on open houses, following up on leads, and communicating with interested parties. And she worked the phones like I have never seen. Kathy and Alex also helped with our pets and even made our bed one day before a last minute showing! Every lead was precious to them. I was amazed. Responsiveness was another high point. With a team of three people, you ALWAYS had someone available to answer a question or assist with an issue, and importantly that person was someone who knew you and your home--not just someone answering the phone somewhere. In the end, we had THREE OFFERS--and sold our house for about our list price. My husband recently sold a rental property with the Beall Rehill team and had a similarly outstanding experience. I highly HIGHLY recommend the Beall Rehill team. They earn their commission and then some!

Now that our house sale has closed, I have to sing your praises a bit. As you know, living in San Francisco while trying to sell a house on the opposite Coast was a huge challenge for me. I just wasn’t there to do the multitude of things that come up along the way. I need not have worried, because your team did it all, seamlessly!

Let’s start from the beginning: your idea to stage with your decorator, Pat, was an excellent choice, and made all the difference in the world on impact. You supervised the completion of repairs, getting multiple quotes to get the best contractor, and followed through on everything to ensure the job was done right. And the proof was in the pudding: first Open House, we had a buyer! Having worked with other agents in the past, it is difficult to assess upfront who will deliver on the promises. Your team has the best possible blend of talents, and I see why a team approach is so beneficial to the seller. Not everyone can do everything well or at once, but your team has the winning combination of skills needed to deliver a sale quickly. I came to you via a friend’s recommendation, and I see why word-of-mouth is the best advertising. I am so glad I listened to her! You truly went above and beyond the call of duty in every way possible, and I am SO grateful to you for making my life immensely easier!
