RE/MAX Distinctive is led by Virginia Tech Alumni, Andrew Reamer the Principal Broker and Owner of Re/Max Distinctive Real Estate, Inc. Mr. Reamer is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland.
He also is Virginia-based asset management executive and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of First Resource Consulting, an economically disadvantaged woman owned small business (EDWOSB) specializing in real estate asset management, a partner in Impact Veteran Resources, a service disabled-owned and HUB Zoned small business, and provides consultant services for private clients in real estate dispositions.
As former Partner, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Matt Martin Real Estate Management, LLC, (MMREM) a company with nationwide heft that was lauded in INC. 500 Magazine as the 114th Fastest Growing Company of 2012, Andrew oversaw the management and marketing of over 30,000 + Single-Family Residential Units (over $1 Billion in Sales Volume) across 16 states that would assist MMREM in servicing contracts with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) and financial institutions.
Originally a teacher by profession, Grannies switched careers into Management and has accumulated years of experience in Training, HR, Sales and Management.
Grannies bring with her a wealth of real estate experience in the areas of Office Operations, Relocation Services, Lead Generation, Title and Mortgage Capture Rate and overall Client Services. Over the years, Grannies played an instrumental role in implementing new systems which made the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Century 21 New Millennium offices in McLean, VA, run smoothly and efficiently thus resulting in increase of the number of agents by 50%+, increase in Production and Profit, Leads Generated, Outgoing Referrals and wining them many awards. She also helped build a transaction management system for both companies and transitioned their processes to paperless/online processing.
